SSL/TLS Wizard reports HTTP DCV is wrong for wildcards

I have been trying to renew my wildcard certificate, and keep encountering the error "SSL/TLS Wizard reports HTTP DCV is wrong for wildcards". There appears to be an identified issue in the support area
