Nameserver not work!

I created a nameserver via "Basic WebHost Manager" Setup" but it doesn't work properly, DNS doesn't work, Domain and website can't be opened. here I use PowerDNS on the nameserver selection, and use the csf plugin (ConfigServer Security & Firewall) as a firewall. I tried using Cloudfrale DNS, the website works fine. I'm having trouble understanding this problem. can anyone help?
