Domain with Nameserver from Cpanel and Amazon Route 53

Dear Cpanel Members, Please kindly help to resolve my problem. I have a domain. let's say domain name is abcd.com It is registered at WHM/Cpanel server with default nameserver of the WHM/Cpanel is ns1.myserver.com and ns2.myserver.com I also have amazon route 53 for hosted zone abcd.com with name server ns-1.awsdns1.co.uk, ns-2.awsdns2.com and ns-3.awsdns3.net Could i use all of those name server to my abcd.com domain? My goals is to make this domain has minimum downtime when someone accessing to my domain. Thank you so much for your kind help.
