License is using more than one base package.

Hello, I'm installing cPanel dns-only server and this is not the first time I've encountered this problem. There seems to be a licensing error after installation. The cPanel license server said that a license could not be issued for your server (66). For more information visit: cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel, L.L.C. there are 2 entries of my dns-only license both activated at the same exact time. Any ideas what the problem is?
