Cpanel Showing 500 Internal Server Error

Anytime i try to access my cpanel server, it shows 500 internal server error as shown in the attached image. This happens immediatly i put in my username and password. After browsing a lot of websites, i still could not resolve the issue. I have tried things like this -> /scripts/upcp "force, it was unsuccessful. i also ran this code tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log it shows the below logs.
