After Mysql8.028 - Web timeout every 3/4 hour

I have issue that make me frustation. After fresh install cpanel cloudlinux mysql 8. Now my site having access timeout every 3-4 hour. Then i restart mysql web fine again. I am try tweak mysql for high process, low memory etc still same. But web html still fast not have issue. Old server mariadb 103. When the website not accessible load server still low under 4.xx. ram only used 20G of 64g. I don't know what's in mysql 8 limit. :( Server are Amd 5950x Nvme m.2
