    Does the domain have a SPF record published? We've found Google mail has become very picky if SPF is not published for a domain.

    Hey there! It sounds like the domain has a DMARC policy in place that rejects messages under certain conditions. Is this an email you sent from your server? Google is getting more strict about their rules, and you can see more here:

    Hey, It seems you need to check the dmarc txt record for the domain and make it more liberal like _dmarc IN TXT 'v=DMARC1; p=none' or if you need to get report of failures make it as 'v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:email-id-of-report; ruf=email-id-of-report'

    Yes, they need to check their domains dmarc record.
