ZFS vs Raid 10

Hi all, I am trying to decide what file management to use for our new servers. Should I switch to ZFS or stick with Raid 10 4 disks. All drives are Ironwolf SSDs. Does anyone have any real world experience where they would defo go one way or the other? Thank you :)
