Any anonymous ftp - logging in

user is on a static ip, setup anonymous ftp, when you login to their acct, you see bin etc lib mail pub whats the correct login so they go to the /public_ftp directory? I already tired anonymous@theirdomain.com and got rejected i tired user ftp and same thing as above...
