after update cpanel not work

cpanel not work after restart and not open at port 2086 or 2087

Do you have csf installed configserver firewall ?0 -
search google what's my ip then do the below if you have CSF firewall enabled. csf -dr 66.192.23.1 [unblocks an IP address] csf -dr YOUR-IP-ADDRESS
and csf -a 187.33.3.3 [this will add your home IP to allow list]csf -a YOUR-IP-ADDRESS
also for whitelisting your IP in cPHulk/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/cphulkdwhitelist YOUR-IP-ADDRESS0
