Nginx Proxy Caching MP4 Files

Hello, I had cPanel on centOs 7 with nginx as reserve proxy + cache enabled, cache worked perfectly only caching static content but not big files such as mp4 files, after upgrading to almalinux 8 and reinstalling cpanel, now nginx caches big files big vidoes such as mp4 files. and the cache folder growing in GB.. any advice to prevent that and so that nginx don't cache mp4 files? Appreciate the advice!
