Cpanel solo trial license

Hello, i installed a cpanel in a vps where I plan to put a cpanel solo. I tried to login to the new installation and it tells that I have to request a trial version, i requested a trial version and received the welcome email I waited some time and tried a /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt Error message: The cPanel license server said that a license could not be issued for your server (66).
