Account terminate suddenly not working

Hello, I am unable to terminate accounts from my WHM server. When I am trying to terminate an account it show an error>> Hook denied execution of killacct: Failed to handle event Accounts::Remove. Error: The account ytompcom was not found. at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Accounts/Remove.pm line 736. Can anyone please help me to solve this issue? Thank you.
