Transfer subdomains deleted

Good afternoon! After transferring accounts from one server to another, the domains changed their IP address and deleted all records of their subdomains. Both servers have the same cpanel installed. To restore the records, I had to delete and add the subdomain again. Sometimes the subdomains themselves are deleted during the transfer. What could be the reason for this error?
