Ignore excluded extensions while manual backup

Hi, I have excluded some extensions from weekly automated backups like .zip, .tar.gz etc. Even when i do manual full account backup from cPanel it is excluding these files. How do i ignore these exclusions from a manual backup and perform real full backup when i do it manually via cpanel? Thanks.
