Can't disable 80, 22, 443 ports

Hello, I am having a problem with the WHM firewall, I added my ip to the white list and I did a port scan and ports 443, 80 and 22 appear open, I need to block ports 22 and 80 through the WHM Firewall. WHM, I already added in the category of TCP IN only port 443, I restarted the Firewall but I still get the same open ports

  WHM does not have a built in firewall. Are you using ConfigServer Firewall?

  And if you are using CSF are you 100% sure you added your IP to the ignore list and not the allow list?
