If all the domains are on the same server and all these domains use the mx of the server, then the ideal is to use cPanel's "Mail Lists". So you can create, for example, contac1@x.com and have it deliver the mail to all the users on the list, you can also configure that the reply mail can be delivered to all the members of the list, among many other things. IMPORTANT: all emails need to be authorized by an administrator. - It can be configured so that the emails are sent or authorized automatically but you must play with some rules and filters of the mailing list so that they do not require approval. I hope my answer will help you.

I would also cast my vote for using a mailing list. You can find more details on that here - Mailing Lists | cPanel & WHM Documentation

Mailing lists are a bit more complicated to manage than traditional email accounts. The list does not need to be limited to domains on your server, so you may have to do some separate troubleshooting to see why the mail was not received. Do you see anything in the /var/log/exim_mainlog file related to that message that would give us any clues about the issue?

When you add a user to the list there is an option on that page to send the welcome email or not. You'll just need to uncheck that option when you add the user.

All of the email accounts for an individual domain can be found in cPanel >> Email Accounts. If that isn't what you are looking for, could you please clarify what list of emails you want to find?

There isn't an easy way to get that information. You'll have to check each account manually to get the list.

Mailing lists, as mentioned, are more complex than conventional email accounts, the important thing is to read all the settings and perform sending and receiving tests before adding all the real emails, likewise you can add domains that are on external servers, but take into account that these have reception limits per second as well as anti-spam policies. you can add accounts in bulk, for this you enter one by one, likewise in the same tab you can select whether or not to send a welcome message, you can also delete headers, modify them, customize signatures, delete them among many other options. There is more information about mailing lists here Configure a Mailman List
