Hey there! You could also access webmail over the phone through a browser, as that may provide a better experience.

Thanks, yeah, but that wont work for fancy client who likes apps and notifications. The problem is I don't even have an Iphone to test various email client apps...

I'm not sure then, as this wouldn't be related to cPanel. My only real recommendation would be to have the client try some and find one they like.

From experience, once you import the emails and they are reviewed as Imap or Pop3 on iphone mobile devices, the ideal is to use the default iphone email application or Outlook, you will save yourself a lot of headaches.

As I understand you have imported all the emails to cPanel, when you look for the emails in webmail these are found correctly? If the emails are in cPanel and they can be viewed and found through WebMail and other applications like Gmail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook for Windows, Android, etc. but they cannot see seen or found only on iPhone or Mac devices, this means that there is possibly an error in the directories to which you have imported the emails. Try performing a permissions repair WHM / Home / Email / Repair Mailbox Permissions likewise this error is only with 1 single user or are there several users? *** Important - If you are consulting the email accounts as aliases through Gmail you will have this error in non-compatible applications, the consultation of aliases from other domains, accounts external to gmail, is made to be consulted in your webmail. In iPhone, Mac, Outlook and similar applications if the mail you are consulting is in cPanel webmail it will work great without errors, but if you are consulting aliases through Gmail in applications and not directly in gmail webmail you will always have errors since each server works differently in many cases there is a conflict of permissions.

    Correct

I've done the migration for single user, no other users were present I really love how detailed you are, really man, thank you. Well, I'll check it out once more, try to find a solution and post the results here for all poor souls that run into such problem.
