Getting "reserved package name" error when trying to modify an account

Hello, When attempting to increase the storage limit of a single account, we are receiving an error stating: [QUOTE]"undefined" is a reserved package name.
We're not quite sure what changed to cause this to happen, but we have updated accounts several times with no issue. This account does have a package already, and we chose "set this account to have no package" when receiving this error. We also receive this error when we choose "keep this account on the package". We don't want to create a new package, and we definitely don't want to update the package because we have several sites on it, and this is a one-time exception. I've tried this in a new browser, incognito window, and still having this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated!
