Too many SSL errors reported across domains

ISSUE: SSL errors reported every few days showing same issues. PREAMBLE:

• I have a reseller account.
• A clients site keeps reporting SSL errors.
• Host said "Ignore it". Not a acceptable answer for client.
• I do have WHM, but it is limited to being a bit more useful than cPanel. Unable to change any cPanel setting there.

The ERRORS: The detailed error reads : [QUOTE] DNS DCV: No local authority: "redacted_domain.com"; HTTP DCV: "redacted_domain.com" does not resolve to any IP addresses on the internet.
