Subdomain can not delete

Hey, i have issue with cpanel, in my whm sub domain has created already, but there is no any addon domain or main domain, so i can not delete sub domain. Please help when i go to create a account warning show domain already exit in user database, how can i delete sub domain without entering cPanel
