Forward incoming and outgoing email to another account

Hello, Several hosting clients, (companies owners or managers) have asked us about a way to 'silently' forward all e-mail messages from specific accounts to theirs, in order to check employees suspicious activities. We couldn't find a way to create this kind of forwards because if you create a forward in cPanel it is also shown in Webmail - Forwards option. Is there a way costumer can enable this kind of forward from cPanel that can be hidden from webmail? Is there a way they also get outgoing copies from determined email accounts in their inbox? Example: employee1@mycompany.com => xxx@example.com => CCO manager@mycompany.com xxx@example.com => employee1@mycompany.com=> CCO manager@mycompany.com Thank you in advance for your help. Mauricio
