CPANEL-41266 - How to know when was a child cPanel account upgraded/downgraded

Hello, Is there a section/area within WHM to check when was a child cpanel account downgraded/upgraded? I'm looking for the date when an account was upgraded, and apart from the notification email I cannot see a history section with this detail. Thank you.
