Unable to create support ticket

Hi, I'm currently unable to login to the support center to open a ticket... If I login it just redirects me to a page that throws "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". On some sites refreshing manually sometimes fixes it but for cPanel it doesn't work :( If I refresh it takes me to cPanel ID I get the same issue when opening a ticket via WHM too... not sure whats going wrong but I need to be able to open a support ticket :( Hopefully cPRex can help find a solution!
