cpHulk locked root

Hi, i have a question needs some advice and hope to have a solution. My client accidentally enabled the cphulk lock the "root" username and caused he unable to login whm and ssh, even vnc. I tried from my side seem not any help. Much appreciate if have solution provide. o_O
