    Hey there! Yes - if you are using WordPress Toolkit there is a "Plugin blocklist" function in WordPress Toolkit >> Settings. Here is a screenshot showing this area: As noted in that image, the tool will keep plugins from being installed through WordPress Toolkit, and will disable them if it detects them through any automated scans.

    Thank you for the prompt response. Is this option is available in WHM or in cPanel? We are unable to find in WHM or cPanel. Please find the attached screenshots.

    Sorry about not being clear on that - this is at the WHM level. You'll want to click the very top "Settings" link and then scroll down the options a bit to see that area:
