Possibilities to disable WordPress FileManager and phpMyAdmin plugins
Hello,
Due to security reason we want as following:
Is it possible to disable/stop certain WordPress plugins from being installed such as WP-FileManager and WP-phpMyAdmin at the server level for a specific account or all accounts.
Sample WordPress File Manger plugin: WP phpMyAdmin
Thank you in advance.
Regards,

Hey there! Yes - if you are using WordPress Toolkit there is a "Plugin blocklist" function in WordPress Toolkit >> Settings. Here is a screenshot showing this area: As noted in that image, the tool will keep plugins from being installed through WordPress Toolkit, and will disable them if it detects them through any automated scans. 0 -
Thank you for the prompt response. Is this option is available in WHM or in cPanel? We are unable to find in WHM or cPanel. Please find the attached screenshots. 0 -
Sorry about not being clear on that - this is at the WHM level. You'll want to click the very top "Settings" link and then scroll down the options a bit to see that area: 0 -
Yes, we have followed the same steps. Please find the attached screenshot. 0 -
That's definitely odd as it should just be in the list. Could you create a support ticket with our team so we can investigate this? 0 -
