Web site down with different domain ssl cert??

Our clients' websites are back up again with new SSL certs. Looks like AutoSSL having similar issue as last year ...

  This is in the AutoSSL log The "cPanel (powered by Sectigo)" provider cannot currently accept incoming requests. The system will try again later. What it mean?
