One of my hosting customers site crashed for no reason

While i was working on my primary domain site from wordpress, one of my customers site crashed (i added to attachments please check it). The crashed site does not use wordpress. My friend said it might have been caused because of my pirate elementor pro plugin. If can anyone help me i would be really thankfull.
