Server Load History and WHM basic learning?

Hi, on my server I have 6 cpanels. I know how to look at the Server Load. Is there a way to tell which cpanel is pulling the how much of the Server Load? Can I view the history of the Server Load ? Can any one recommend any books or classes that will help me understand the basic features of the WHM? Thank you for your time Kim
