Account Temporary On Hold

Hi, I have purchased a Cpanel hosting plan on 2021 and its expiring on 2024. My plan allows to me add up to 10 domains to this hosting and my primary domain is working fine. I add second domain and install WordPress but when I try to visit my WordpPress admin, it shows me account suspended page where it says "Account temporary on hold please check your outstanding invoices" what does this mean and how can I fix that? I have also attach the screenshot of that page. Thanks in anticipation.
