You'll want to try removing the FleetSSL plugin to get things back to a stock configuration. Once things are working without the customizations you can try re-adding those to see if things continue to work, but your initial message indicates a problem with that plugin.

cPanel doesn't provide this particular tool, so I can't advise on what the complete removal steps may be. After that tool is removed, you should try rebuilding Apache again with the "/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf" command to see if you continue to receive build errors.

The first paragraph of your error from the Apache rebuild shows this: warn [rebuildhttpdconf] Could not process template for apache2_4: undef error - Cpanel::Exception::ModuleLoadError/(XID fbhh3x) The system failed to load the module "Cpanel::SSL::Auto::Provider::FleetSSLProvider" because of an error: Can't locate Cpanel/SSL/Auto/Provider/FleetSSLProvider.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Cpanel::SSL::Auto::Provider::FleetSSLProvider module) (@INC contains: /var/cpanel/perl /usr/local/cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/532/lib/perl5/cpanel_lib/x86_64-linux-64int /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/532/lib/perl5/cpanel_lib /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/532/lib/perl5/532/x86_64-linux-64int /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/532/lib/perl5/532 /opt/cpanel/perl5/532/site_lib/x86_64-linux-64int /opt/cpanel/perl5/532/site_lib) at (eval 16) line 1.
and that indicates a problem with the FleetSSL tool.
