Install a new certificate on a domain/cpanel

Hi there, after a client deleted an SSL certificate by mistake, she asked us to install the new one. Id there an easy way to do this as I installed one I generated over some website (third party) - via letsncrypt but now that certificate is working only on domainname.com and not on
