ERROR JSON

Error when trying to install STRIPE plugin for woocommerce. JSON ERROR. This is the exact error when i install the Wordpress Plugin, Clearly it is a WHM/cPanel / Linux Centos 7 x error?! Could not install woocommerce-payments plugin, The response is not a valid JSON response. perhaps something with .htaccess coniguration? Thank you & Many thanks. Stay Safe, David Gawler.
