Cloudmark blacklisting my mail server
-
So if anybody else gets into this black hole of no information you need to send a further request to support using Support | Cloudmark EN with a follow up request. 0 -
Hi! [QUOTE]I have requested remediation each day but no response nothing, what can I do?
This depends on how Cloudmark is blocking your email. Some providers use Cloudmark to filter outbound emails from their network to prevent spam. If that's the case here (your provider us using Cloudmark), you can try contacting your host/service provider to see if they can whitelist your IP on their side. Otherwise, if the recipient is using Cloudmark to filter their inbound emails, then you would either need to contact Cloudmark or the recipient server's administrator to see if they can whitelist your IP.0 -
One thing about cloudmark as I have run into this myself for one of our clients, is that they don't use the standard blacklists instead they do their own thing, so the best thing is to submit a whitelist request to cloudmark directly. I have used this request CSI IP Reputation Remediation Portal to have my ip addresses cleared from their black lists. 0
