Well, I have the same issue. "I've opened a ticket yesterday and it's awaiting response." Good luck with that to you and to me, we will receive a reply in March. :(

cPanel store seems to work properly now. However, this problem lasted for 2 days during which I, at least, managed to lose some customers. This problem unfortunately appeared between 2 invoicing cycles when a problem in the purchasing and licensing system is critical and should be treated with more responsibility. I believe that transparency towards clients and between internal departments of cPanel should be much more emphasized.

Hi, It's solved now, thanks. However, as @dahnutz said, the communication should be better, because if I don't ask about it, there's not any communication by the company, no status page, and I wasted many hours trying to make the purchase, thinking that it could be a problem with my browser, my cookie, my session... I love cPanel for many years, but every year the price it's hiking and the customer service it's not improving, just the opposite. I submit a ticket to CloudLinux and I've answers in 5 minutes, I submit a ticket to cPanel and I've to wait to the next day. Please, take note of this feedback. Thanks! Regards,

We did eventually create a status page (it's already been resolved, so I can't link it here) but the feedback is definitely noted!

This issue is not resolved! Cannot request new trial licence when setting up new server. Cannot even order a licence via the store (see attached).

@jamesallsup - I reached out to our team and confirmed that there are some lingering issues with some orders as the databases may have been out of sync. If you can wait a bit, that is the best thing to do, or you can submit a ticket to cs@cpanel.net so our Customer Service team can check that for you.

@cPRex I'm experiencing the same issue today - infinite redirects trying to log in to cPanel Store / cPanel ID. I've tried clearing cache an cookies and using an alternative browser. Thanks in advance

We did have an issue with the store earlier this morning, but that has since been resolved. You should be all set at this point!

Hi @cPRex, I'm experiencing the redirect loop again for the store login. I would like to submit a ticket. Can you have a look? Thanks!

@kennyr - there was a tweak earlier this morning that caused issues for some people. Everyone so far has been able to resolve it by clearing the cache.
