Problem with ZIP/Unzip

Hi friends, Our servers have a very powerful hardware (high-end), however we've noticed that when a user zip or unzip a directory with many files (tens of thousands) sometimes it freezes. This can have a solution?, you recommend us limit the maximum number of files that can ZIP/Unzip the users in cPanel?. We have: WHM/cPanel + CloudLinux OS + LiteSpeed + Imunify360 Thank you very much. Have a nice day.

  Hello!

  Make sure your disk is optimized for high I/O usage, Is it the SSDs you are using?

  Alternatively, you can check the Resource Usage in your cPanel while zip/unzip process to check whether any resources are hitting the allocated limit, if you find anything then you need to update your resources accordingly.

  Also, make sure all your software is up to date with the latest security patches which improve the performance.
