cPanel website broken

In attempting to investigate a billing discrepancy (it appears I'm paying monthly for something that I paid a larger amount in December for, presumably for a year's worth) I end up getting stuck because every login attempt at cpanel.net is timing out with an error. Can't access my account, can't submit a support ticket, etc. It feels more and more like cPanel is as error prone as plesk was (the software that made me choose cPanel all those years ago.) High cost, constant errors. This page isn"t working id.cpanel.net redirected you too many times.
