Subdomain Feature Missing

Have a WHM/cPanel server setup and I can't get the Subdomains feature to show up in accounts. I have the feature selected in the feature manager and have the accounts setup to use a package that uses that feature list, but no matter what I do the Subdomain icon will not show up. Is there another configuration option in WHM that may be disabled?
