How can I monitor and view the frequency of CPU utilization exceeding 100% on my WHM server, preferably in a graphical format?

Hey there! With just cPanel & WHM, there aren't any options for this. Your best tool would be "sar" on the command line to get a historical list of the CPU usage on the system. If you are using the CloudLinux operating system, you have some more options. If you have CageFS enabled, you would find cPanel >> Resource Usage in their account, which shows a graph of that specific domain's CPU usage. There still isn't a global graphical tool, but you would also have the WHM >> CloudLinux Manager page, where you could see if any users had reached their CPU or RAM limits. This sounds like it would make an excellent feature request - if you'd like to submit one using the link in my signature I'll be sure to bring that up with our team during next week's meeting.
