WordPress Manager problems

Hello all, A new challanger here with no technical or coding backgorund whatosver. Cpanel seems to be difficult but a fun place. The reason I joined you because I desire to be an online business owner. And, unfortunately, right from the start I encoundered some hardships and I don't know what to do about it. Here is the problem: I installed WordPress, and wanted to discover through the page. And clicked on the wordpress manager and saw the error in the attached files. I could not proceed since I got this. I would be damn happy if somebody could help me guys:)
