Install issue

Hello, I follow all the instructions listed. However, when I click on: '' Prepare server for support '' box. The website can"t be reached. Assuming that my connection is working, and firewall is allowed? Please, what is the issue here ? Waiting for your reply. Really appreciated, Thanks.
