Can't force HTTPS redirection for addon domains

I have hosting through GoDaddy. Yes, I know I should probably transfer all of my stuff to a completely different hosting provider. I have had my domains registered and hosted with them for almost twenty years and with basically no issues, but today I moved them over on the same account to a new hosting plan in order to take advantage of AutoSSL so I can connect using HTTPS. I have gotten it to work for the primary domain, but none of my hosted domains (configured as addons) return consistent results with AutoSSL. I don't know how to access the AutoSSL logs and I can't connect to the WHM. Attempting to connect to the WHM through a browser just results in a timeout. Any help is appreciated.
