RDNS request to ISP
Hello,
How do we ask ISP to enable RDNS to our domain?
123.45.67.89 to mydomain.tld
or
123.45.67.89 to server.mydomain.tld
Im using different domain for whm
Let say, my whm domain is: abcd.cctld and my web+email domain is abcd.tld
What's the correct configuration?
I have error "Reverse DNS is not a valid Hostname"

if both mydomain.tld and server.mydomain.tld resolve to 123.45.67.89 the RNDS can be either of those, your decision. But if emails are sent from that IP the RDNS should be the hostname (server.mydomain.tld) 0 -

is this the cause of "Reverse DNS is not a valid Hostname" ? right now my hostname is server.mydomain.cctld and RDNS from ISP mydomain.cctld0 -
