AutoSSL Certificates

I have same issue > The SSL certificate also supports this domain, but this domain does not refer to the SSL website mentioned above: It's not working for the `www.` subdomain, yet the certificate lists it as supported. Is this some issue with domain validation? Did the process stall at validating all subdomains and leave me with an incomplete certificate? What does it mean by "this domain does not refer to the SSL website mentioned above"? At least it's not "sorry, something went wrong", but it could still be more helpful. Been tearing my hair out for hours trying to solve this, meanwhile we continue losing customers while the site is down. Can't even redirect visitors to `http` because it needs to handshake to get the 301 response. I cannot delete the `www.` subdomain, so the previously suggested solution does not work.
