CPANEL-42541 - ForceSSL API shows error in successful call

When I call the API with a request to call /json-api/cpanel?cpanel_jsonapi_apiversion=3&cpanel_jsonapi_user=permission2&cpanel_jsonapi_module=SSL&cpanel_jsonapi_func=toggle_ssl_redirect_for_domains&domains=subdomain.xyz.xyz&state=1

The errors property is getting caught by my validation code. I've never seen an error before with status:1
