Cpanel/whm not working

Recently i faced very strange issue. My litespeed license was expired and server was working on apache. I renew the license and moved to litespeed then my all sites on server and whm not working. Whm showing took too long to respond. Sites showing : this site can"t be reached. Then i moved from litespeed to apache using ssh. Because only ssh is working still did not find a solution. update cpanel still not resolved. Uninstall litespeed and install. Did not resolved. what the possible causes of this issue.
