Configure Exim to drop bounceback emails?

A review of Exim logs shows that most email being sent out from the server is bounce back emails for domains we don"t own (ie people are trying to use us as an open relay and we are responding). Can we configure Exim to stop sending bounce backs for domains not on the server?
