How to prevent webdesigner person can read my emails on cPanel?

HI, I have a webpage storage at a storage provider. I have admin account to access cPanel. I would like to give cPanel access to a webdesigner person to access all cPanel features except reading my emails. (I don't want email encryption.) What to do? For example I need password within cPanel to access my emails. It would be a basic feature. cPanel team should develop it. It is a worldwide issue. Or is there anything else solution? Regards
