Google Cloud cPanel & WHM installation connection issue

Hey all! I am having an issue with my cPanel installation from the marketplace image that cPanel has provided. I have watched the installation and it went successful, however when I try to load the IP followed by :2087 - I receive an error: This site can"t be reached x.x.x.x.x refused to connect. Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED Any idea what is causing this? TIA!
