How to connect only one email from custom domain to gmail business

Hello, all im new here i need help im so confused tried do with google searches and youtube but can't finish and come here its my last hope. i have 2 shared webhostings and 1 website i split website from emailserver because Hostgator give unlimited emails and space and now i have website in different hosting and emails on different webhosting. now i want split one email in example "info@mydomain.com" from hostgator webhosting to google business gmail, and make available on gmail "info@mydomain.com" can someone give little help how to do that or some tutorial
